Every diabetic loves sweets. I found a recipe in Diabetes Self-Management that I thought I would share.
Frozen Banana Split
6 ounces fat-freeplain vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup strawberry slices
1/2 small banana, sliced
2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in a small freezer-safe bowl (about 10-12 ounce capacity) with a spoon. Place in freezer for 1 hour until set.
